Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new ring, and we take great care to ensure every piece is made to your specifications. Please read our policy carefully to understand our return and exchange process:

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange your ring for any reason, you are responsible for covering the shipping fees to send the item back to us. We will not ship out a new ring until we have received the original item in our possession.

• Returns: Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

• We measure and check each ring carefully before shipping to guarantee the correct size. We ask that you double-check your size before placing an order, to avoid any complications. If your ring requires resizing, we offer one free resize. Any additional resizing after the first will incur a fee. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your ring to request your free resize.
